Solution(step by step)
Turn on Autosave in excel

1. Click on File button on the top bar left corner.
2. Then click on options button.
3. Then on Excel options dialog box click on save button.
4. Click Check on both box of save AuroRecover information and keep the last autosave.
5. Set time interval for which you want to get your excel file autosave.
6. Click OK button.
