Delete data only in excel sheet without deleting formula

In Microsoft excel we can delete  excel sheet data without deleting a formula. To delete data or values  press CLTR+G to view  the “Go To”  command box.

 

 

 

Then press “Special box” to select “constants” option and click “OK”.

 

You will see that all the cells with data  remain selected except those cells, which contains a formula.

 

Now you can simply press the delete button to erase the data.
